- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Selling the product mix maximally, with focus on ensuing that the price margins lead to the company's profitability.
- Continuously track and record product sales trends and other related data to improve supply and demand strategies and maximize profits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective, marketing strategies.
- Assessing the performance of staff, states or territories, by reviewing sales performance and taking corrective and disciplinary actions as and when necessary.
- Promoting excellent customer service and managing the accounts of key customers.
- Grow sales by widening the sales coverage in terms of clientele base, retaining and increasing sales per client steadily.
- Joint fieldwork with drivers of sales, i.e., Marketing staff, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Pharmacists, Health Care Professional, Hospitals Administrations etc.
- Tracking staff selling skills and identifying internal and external opportunities and threats to the Corporate sales strategy and objectives and sharing such information by preparing monthly sales reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Management.
- Supervising and evaluation of Execution levels of Sales strategies, and SOPs.
- Liaising with the HRM to develop motivational tools that will enable the Sales team to perform excellently.
- Resolving customer issues and sales team conflicts.
- Developing and ensuring a well-thought SOP in place for selection, induction training and on the job coaching teams.
- Promote teamwork between sales and marketing team.
- Develop a quality and result oriented team, through rewards, training and career development.
- Support HR for the deployment, of field staff, controlling through effective cascading of inter-departmental activities.
- Ensuring execution of promotional strategies, effective monitoring to collect feedback for interpretation and corrective actions.
- 100% compliance with work parameters, like call average to customers, generating sales orders, delivery of products to customers, timely collection of payments from clients and crediting accounts of the company, in accordance with the Company's SOP.
- Monitoring for effective sales coverage in all the geo political regions of the federation and ensuring market penetrations in all the regions.
- Creating presentations for business partners and corporate executives.
