Oyeleke Damilola

I am Oyeleke Damilola Isaac. I currently work as a Credit Risk Analyst at CFS Financial Services Limited in Gbagada, Lagos, which offers various products of credit facilities.  I have versatile experience in different categories of loans such as Business loans, Personal Loans, Lease facilities, Salary loans, Nano loans etc just to mention a few.

I have completed Microfinance Certification Program with CIBN which has greatly equipped me with the knowledge of responsible lending and banking to an appreciable extent. I am presently doing my postgraduate program in Risk Management, Master of Risk Management(MRM) at the University of Lagos. I have also completed a short course in Data Analytics with Utiva Data School with a specialisation in Excel, SQL and Power BI, to enhance my analytics skills. Moreover, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set including Credit and Risk Analysis, Portfolio Management, Banking Operations, Business Intelligence and Sales; all ganered from different financial institutions such as Jessefield  Microfinance Bank Limited, GTI Microfinance Bank Limited, Creditville Nigeria Limited, Motion Yield  Limited and currently CFS Financial Services Limited.

In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have passion for Risk Management and I am extremely enthusiastic about the Organisation’s focus towards modernisation and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your continued success.

Sound Credit Administration and Risk Management is very essential and key to the continuous sustainability of the Financial Industry and I trust my experience will help boost further your Credit Operations and Risk Management Department while ensuring sustainable growth.

Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients. 

Scrutiny of loan applications to filter probable frauds
 Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc). 
 Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections. 
 Set up payment plans
 Determine in depth the degree of risk involved. 
 Carefully analyse data and produce clear and objective reports. 
 Routinely monitor loans for compliance. 
 Adhere to credit policy and guidelines. 
 Monitor progress of existing loans. 
 Ensure credit risk reports reach all relevant parties.
