SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Management
 Provide planning of drilling and completion operations, quality checks and inventory management.
 Preparation and follow up of prequalification, technical and commercial tenders with Oil Majors.
 Formulate contract documents and tendering preparation to finalize services processes for contractors and related clients.
 Explore unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventive action.
 Development and implementation of the supply chain strategy; review and update the supply chain strategy in the light of business developments and logistics optimization opportunities.
 Supervise and review the preparation and follow-up of contract invoices.
 Coordinate contract/sales correspondence on the field and field office level.

Operations
 Day to Day operations and drilling supervision of designing casing/cement and mud policies for exploratory and developmental wells in various locations.
 Coordinate onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific recommendations for controlling fluid properties.
 Coordinate drilling & completion fluids formulation, applications and treatment.
 Drilled several wells for Addax, NNPC, NPDC, Conoil, Petrobrass, NAOC, NAE, AENR Sterling Global Resources and Total with clients – MI Engineers on board as a shared contract and Addax (HPHT wells) with Jemmtek Resources Limited.
 Review and approve quarterly operational/financial budget.
 Process measurement: develop and maintain KPIs for each operational process, showing performance against budget/target, reviewing variances and trending changes.
 Organisational structure: develop, implement and maintain the optimum organisational structure in the Distribution Center, with the most suitable representation of managers, supervisors and team leaders.

Administration
 Select, hire, qualified employees and determine standard welfare for required roles to enhance company’s productivity.
 Train and direct work of entry level representatives, supervise the activities of the interns and supervisors.
 Ensuring timely importation and clearing of drilling fluid products from various technical partners.
 Handle special projects such as: compilation and design of technical bulletin/brochure to introduce and launch drill-in-fluids products.
 Routine Inspection and management of operational work site, assets and facilities.
