    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsB.Sc / HND Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline with an MBA yrs post NYSC relevant experience and 5 of which must be in a similar capacity from a reputable company in the Food and Beverage industry.Proven work experience as a ProductSales ManagerExperience managing a high performance Sales TeamExperience managing a high performance Sales TeamMust have good customer base in the food Product Sales SectorMust be a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing.Age: years.Functional / General Competencies Required:Excellent Negotiation SkillComputer literacyAnalytical skillGood interpersonal relationshipResult orientedHigh IntegrityHighly Experienced in managing sales teamsEffective communication skill (Oral & written)Effective team leadership skillCoaching and Training skill.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaignsDirecting and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionallyPreparing sales budgets and projections and approving expendituresTracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsHandling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceServing as the face of the organization to internal and external partnersMaking data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocationDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key clientsSetting sales quotas and goalsOverseeing and directing performance of the sales teamIdentifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunitiesDefining and executing territory sales plans.
