    1. Develop customers and market for the assigned products.

    • Increase the numeric distribution ratio by looking for market gaps for a certain products and developing new customers.
    3. to reach the targets set by the management.
    4. monitor and manage the sales merchandizers/reps/marketers work and help them to reach targets. Team management skills are required.
    5. explain the company price and other policies to the distributors and wholesalers.
    6. design and organize promo in feasible detailed and effective plans.
    7. train the sales reps with good communication skills and sales tactics, etc.
    8. report market intelligence to the company.
    9. report competitors activities and provide competition solutions.
    10. prove marketing and branding proposals.

    • Other tasks assigned by the management.

    requirements:

    • BA degree is a min. requirement of educational background.
    • Good calculation skills are required and is a must.
    • Bold, brave, quick minded, positive, and talkative.
    4. a workable smart phone is always required for daily work.
    5. good health status. Candidates with serious disease is not preferred. At least you should look strong.

    • Good at managing team.
    7. experience in FMCG is required.
