    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Experience: 3-5 years Qualification: BSc / HND / MSc in Business Administration or related field. Must have similar experience Must have the charisma for leadership Must be eloquent and disciplined Must be a go-getter Ability to set targets and surpass them Must be versatile and innovative Excellent time management skills Good interpersonal skills Must have product knowledge Highly analytical and problem-solving skills Understand how to use social media in promoting brand awareness and interphasing customers.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: the provided email address using "Business Development/Operations Manager" as the subject of the mail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Our client is looking to have a vibrant and resourceful Business Development/Operations Manager to join her dynamic team.DutiesThe ideal candidate should: Be able to drive business growth and development. Meet company's assigned target and drive every branch to reach and surpass their targets. Be able to bring strategic ideas on brand expansion. Oversee the overall affairs of staff members and the business. Be able to ensure smooth and seamless production of goods without compromising quality. Make sure all business facilities are in good condition and properly maintained. Represent management in all business matters as assigned. Conduct market research and make financial projections. Map out strategic marketing plans and drive its implementation. Build favourable business relationships with existing and new clients. Give accurate inventory records with minimal or no losses and oversee procurement budgets. Monitor and evaluate the daily, weekly and monthly reports of site supervisors and line managers. Ensure business continuity and profitability.
