    Description
    We are sourcing for competent and result-driven sales merchandisers to cover Alimosho, Idimu, Ikotun and Igando areas of Lagos.

    The role of the Merchandiser is to ensure that the shelves of the retail stores are stocked with products and displaythem accordingly for customers.

    Merchandisers are responsible for tracking the product inventory levels, reporting any issues of expiry or shortages to management.
    Collaborate with stores account officer/contact person to raise new order and follow up with payments.
    Monitor Sales Activities of all products during visitation to a store and the stock level should be checked.
    Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
    Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately on the shelves and dump bins.
    Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs of competitors.
    Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
    Familiarity with operations of key stores like Justrite, JENDOL, Bazaar, Twins Faja, etc
    Remain up to date with company's best practices.
    Qualifications

    HND/ BSC in Business Management, Marketing and related fields
    1-2 years experience
    Must understand basic Microsoft skills including Excel.
    Strong communication and negotiation skills
