- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
- Notify staff members of appointments and meetings.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook.
