    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
    • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Carry out any other tasks from superior.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
    • Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be single and under 27years
    • Must reside around, Gbagada, Ogudu, Ojota or its environs.
