    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Good communication skill. Proven experience as front desk executive. B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field. Customer service orientation. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skill.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Duties Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. Ensure that our walk-in customers needs are attended to. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Office administration, management, Office supplies management, Stock and inventory management, Documentation and record keeping

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
