Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a high-level corporate or government environment
Proven track record of success in managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and providing high-level administrative

support

Experience working with senior executives and managing their travel arrangements, meetings, and agendas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
