    We are recruiting for a forward-thinking real estate brand with the mission to make real estate more accessible for everyone.

    Role Description
    We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead growth strategies.

    You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, driving marketing and sales initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment between the sales and marketing teams.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing leadership.
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving marketing objectives.
    • Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing principles.
    • Solid grasp of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media) and technology trends.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
    • Proficient in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
    • Content marketing experience (blog writing, social media content creation).
    • Experience in media buying and budget management.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage and oversee the sales and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
    • Lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Manage lead generation and conversion processes, optimizing for maximum ROI.
    • Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Develop and maintain the brand identity and messaging.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
    • Track and analyze marketing performance data to inform future strategies.
    • Oversee media buying and budget allocation for marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct training and coaching for the sales and marketing teams.
