• Formulating policies to internally control the financial affairs of the company
• Preparation of monthly budgets for the branches of the company.
• Cash flow for cash control purposes for three branches.
• Responsible for clients’ follow-up for payments relating to credit sales as at when due.
• Paying for confirmed goods purchased
• Consistent check to make sure records are kept according to how they are supposed to be.
• Making sure items bought are in correlation with market price and are correctly inputted to the records.
• Overseeing the affairs, records, purchases, and sales of three branches of the company.

• Writing reports for the owners of the company.
• Submitting of the monthly income statement of account of the three branches to the owners of the company.
• Handling cheques.
• Paying government related taxes and dealing with their agents when needs arises.
• Disbursing funds to the three branches for the day-today running of the business.
