JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and Requirements Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 12 years Work Experience 6 years of experience in senior leadership roles within marketing, sales, and business development. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful partnership development. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends. Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market insights. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. Innovative mindset with a focus on driving creativity and continuous improvement. High ethical standards and integrity in all professional endeavors. Adaptability to evolving market conditions and changing business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the Credit Bureau plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong relationships within the financial industry. The CMO will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to create and implement effective marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.Duties Develop and execute integrated sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and market expansion. Drive revenue growth by leading sales teams, setting targets, and monitoring performance. Create innovative approaches to attract and retain customers, increasing sales effectiveness. Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to drive business growth. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance market positioning. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Utilize market insights to shape product offerings and refine sales strategies. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and business development teams to align strategies and objectives. Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market demands. Drive innovation in sales and business development approaches, staying ahead of industry trends. Encourage creative thinking within the sales and business development teams. Continuously assess and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies for optimal efficiency. Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance sales operations. Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and business development success. Present regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all sales and business development activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer
