- The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. This role requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the executive chef or head chef.

- Coordinate with other restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and management, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
- Provide regular updates to management on kitchen performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
