JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Diploma from a culinary school is added advantage. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of preparation of Nigerian Delicacies Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. Ability to work with a team and independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Time and Resource Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Set up the workstation, prepare ingredients, seasonings, and sauces. Cook and plate meals according to orders and special requests. Ensure food storage and meal preparation follows food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor ingredient and supply levels and re-ordering stock. Assist other cooks and the head chef, as requested.
