- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align business strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations for business deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both The Elite Job and our clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a results-driven approach to business development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the VOIP sector.
- In-depth knowledge of VOIP technology and industry trends.
