About ODEKWO UFUOMA:

  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner and handling different topics or campaigns 
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or     alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise 
  • Keep records of all conversations in a call center database in a comprehensive way 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
  • Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
  • Assigning data to different agents in larger quantity
  • Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
