- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner and handling different topics or campaigns
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Keep records of all conversations in a call center database in a comprehensive way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
- Assigning data to different agents in larger quantity
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
