    • As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced YouTube Growth Manager to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase subscriber count, viewership, and engagement on our YouTube channel.
    • Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to develop compelling and shareable content tailored for the YouTube platform.
    • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in YouTube and social media marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels, preferably in the media or news industry.
    • In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO principles, and video analytics.
    • Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus.
