A seasoned People Practitioner with years of experience spanning the Financial Technology, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Educational and Consulting industries. I am well experienced in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, performance management and other HR Operations. I am passionate about Human Resource(HR) Management Technology, being a key player in the HR value chain, planning & execution of HR programs and processes in organizations.  HR experience spanning the Financial Technology, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Educational and Consulting industries.

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategy.
  • Execute and manage all processes that are key to achieving objectives of the company and ensuring employees have a seamless experience; recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, confirmation, learning & development management, leave management, data management, performance management, employee engagement activities, etc.
  • Successfully drove implementation of a Learning Management system for the team, fostering a learning & development culture.
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.
  • Change Agent: plan, communicate, implement and monitor changes in organizational structure and design, processes and policies.
  • Conflict resolution and management of staff Disciplinary matters and grievances.
  • Implementing various initiatives across organizations to generate maximum value addition towards performance improvement, employee retention and employee welfare.
  •  Evaluating pay practices and developing compensation structures.
  • HR Software implementation.
