    Salary: 80k + commission on targets


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our team.

    As an Online Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through our online platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
    • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales
    • Utilize online tools and platforms to promote products and services
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify new sales opportunities
    • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an online sales environment
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
