    • You must be able Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other methods.
    • You must be able to Understand customer needs and recommending products or services that meet those needs.
    • You must be able to Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
    • You must be able to Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales.
    • You must be able to Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
    • You must be able to Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
    • You must be able to Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings.
    • You must be able to Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales techniques.
