    Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry. Negotiation skill Excellent communication skill Ability to work independently and with a team Must reside in Lagos

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business. Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients. Organize offline events, seminars, and campaigns to engage with potential clients to enhance the brand's visibility and recognition.
