- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Software Sales Manager to contribute to our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales.
- They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify market opportunities, define target customer segments, and devise effective sales tactics to penetrate the market.
- Contribute to a high-performing sales team and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures SOPs, sales playbooks, sales scripts and other documentation required to support operational goals,
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our software.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Attain set targets for all revenue streams, including software subscriptions, credit financing partnerships, and other business offerings.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
