JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsProven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers.Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customers' interactions and sales activities.Keen interest in conducting research to understand customers' needs and industry trends.A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide customers with relevant insights and solutions.
