Key Responsibilities:

2. Account Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized offerings that exceed client expectations.

4. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, to align strategies and initiatives that support the needs of VIP clients.
