    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.

    2. Account Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized offerings that exceed client expectations.

    3. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans to maximize client retention and loyalty, leveraging insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

    4. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless experience.

    5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, to align strategies and initiatives that support the needs of VIP clients.
