Being the first point of contact to existing and prospective agents by solving their problems and proffering solutions where necessary.  Analyze data, making sure the most efficient sales method is adopted.  Ensuring that all agents are properly profiled before account is created.  Verifying agents KYC by working closely with the Payment Team.  Ensuring physical inspection to Agent’s shop and ensuring proximity to the nearest existing Agent.  Creating Agents account and ensuring is fully active.  Updating the proper profile of already existing agents as well as ensuring the newly on boarded agents are on boarded agents are well profiled.  Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents  Link an organization’s management with its employees  Plan and oversee employee benefit programs  Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff  Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes  Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures  High intelligence and problem solving skills.
