I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see and to experience. I like to read ,write,think, dream, talk , listen. I like to be surrounded by people. I like to learn more about things. I like people.

I always wanted to be a great person in life. I also wanted to be a psychologist like Willi James , who could read people's mind. Of course I am nowhere close to these people, yet , I am just someone  who does some teaching,some research. But my dream is still alive.

Aswani Textile Industry: -  As Clerk : Jan 1992 - Nov 1995.

Duties:

Analyze, organize,and manage customer invoices. Audit invoices based on purchases order. Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment. Perform reconciliation of daily and monthly revenues. Verify and record business transaction. Prepare and manage account statement.

Artex Textile Industry :- Account Clerk. Dec 1995 - Dec 1999.

Duties:

Provide guidance to staff when needed. Manage bank account deposit.Manage check transaction and payment. Peform account payable and receivable transaction. Participate in month and account closing activities. Assist on procurement,payroll and budget preparation activities. Maintain confidentiality and security of bank account. Prepare financial reports such as expenses report, revenues report and trials balance for the management.

Micbel Ventures . As Accountant -: Jan 2006- Dec 2013.

Duties.

Daily reconciliation of all bank accounts balance. Preparing weekly and monthly report for management. Custodian of cash and responsible for all payment from the company.Recording of bookkeeping and financial analysis. Management of account balance and reconciliation with agents and partners. Custodian of the office petty cash book and posting all transaction in quick book.

Wescoly Ventures. As Senior Accountant. Jan 2014- till date.

Duties.

Help in day to day running of the business. To plan to meet the objective ( strategic planning). Acquisition and use of finance (financial management). Recording of transactions ( financial accounting and cost accounting) .  Communicating of financial and operational information. Corrections to align plans and results ( financial control). Reviewing and reporting on systems and operation (internal audit and management audit). Controlling the current activities of the organization. Planning the future strategies, tactics and operations. Optimizing the use of resources. Measuring and evaluating performance. Reducing subjectivity in decision making process.

Yaba College of Technology. As Part time Lecturer.  Jan 2006 - Till date.

Duties:

Lecturing of Part time students. Making of students examination scripts . Invigilating and collection of scripts during examination period.

Aug 1984 - June 1989. Akoka High School, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. West Africa Senior Secondary  Certificate. 

June 1990 - Feb 1993 : Federal Technical College. Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. Trade test in Electrical Installation Work (D&I).

July 1999 - June 2003. Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo, Nigeria. Bsc Accounting.

July 2012 - June 2013 : University of Education, Winneba , Ghana . MSC Accounting ( In View).
