    Responsibilities:

    • Business Administration: provide comprehensive administrative support by carrying out all forms of administrative tasks including bookkeeping.
    • Customer Service: interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
    • Email Management: effectively manage and organise clients' emails, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    • Task Prioritisation: efficiently prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, optimise workflows, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
    • Communication Management: facilitate clear and efficient communication within team and clients.
    • Client Relationship Management: cultivate positive client relationships, understand their needs and proactively address concerns.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a business assistant, admin assistant or in a similar administrative role
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in the use of google workspace, Microsoft office tools, and other admin tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficient in office software and virtual collaboration tools
    • Detailoriented with a proactive problemsolving approach
    • Ability to carry out tasks with less or no supervision (practically)
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedure
    • Functional laptop with steady internet access
    • Proficiency in English
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and priortize daily workload
    • Highlevel verbal and written communication skills
    • Min HND; previous experience as a business/admin assistant would be considered an advantage
