With a BSc in Mass Communication and a Mini MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, I am a Human Resource enthusiast who combines communication and management skills to solve problems and deliver business results. I am passionate about learning and applying world-class techniques and tools to attain objectives.
As a Talent Development professional, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs for the bank's employees. I also support the HR Business Partnering team in aligning the talent development strategy with the business goals and needs. In my previous roles at Workforce Group, I contributed to several successful consulting and talent advisory projects.
