As a performance driven Customer  Service Specialist with 2 years plus experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am confident that my high resolving, strategic and leadership skills will help improve customer service and profitability.

Throughout my career, i have been acknowledged in delivery high service customer experience, reducing recurring issues, ensuring high volume promotion of products to clients. Currently as a Customer Success Executive at TeamApt, I assist almost 200 Business Owners in different locations to resolve challenges faced during transactions. I also ensure proper routine  check with account-related requests; researches and resolve account service inquiries and issues.
