    ITC Worldwide is looking for an experienced - (Lagos, Nigeria - Onsite)

    Digital Automation Marketing Manager & Trainer

    Required MS. Certified Skills:

    • Marketing Automation knowledge in Info Technology sector
    • Dynamics 365 Marketing product knowledge with implementation experience
    • MS Power BI
    • MS CRM Power Apps
    • MS PowerApps & Power Automate
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

    Team Training:

    • Full training in automation to begin - need to be passionate about those tools involved (PowerApps/Power Automate)
    • Responsible for creating engaging and effective interactive experiences on graduate program web pages and email campaign
    • Uses Trello for project management and navigates managing day through platforms - without hand holding
    • Working on multiple projects in fast-paced environment / set deadlines
    • Handling engagement across the board - working within the tools for overall strategy execution
    • Managing marketing email and event campaigns
    • Looking at campaigns and thinking critically about work they're doing on web and email
    • PowerApps/Power Automate: deployment and oversight of email campaigns, marketing campaigns, campaign performance reporting, campaign process documentation, email and landing page templates, and A/B testing.
    • Over site of graduate program web pages:
    • optimizing web pages for conversion
    • data analysis through Google Analytics
    • A/B testing for continual improvement
    • liaising with Web Manager and an external agency for template design, brand alignment, and functionality build-out

    Must Haves:

    • A bachelor's degree - preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
    • Project management skills
    • Strategy - thinking critically, not just plugging in campaigns - web and email
    • marketing automation tool - there will be training but need the willingness to do this
    • Experience working with campaigns
    • Fluency in strategy-based marketing and communications and marketing automation software
    • Marketing automation tool - ideally PowerApps/Power Automate
    • Basic knowledge of marketing reporting
    • Good at building relationships remotely
    • Presentation skills/confidence
