    The flagship SKIN101 CENTER, a full-spectrum cosmetic medical and surgical facility is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital platforms to enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

    The candidate must be able to optimally manage performance marketing across all digital platforms.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
    • Conduct in-depth audience targeting and segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer segments and optimize campaign targeting accordingly.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
    • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Develop and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Continuously optimize and iterate on marketing campaigns based on performance data, market feedback, and competitive analysis.
    • Oversee website management and optimization efforts, including SEO enhancements, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to drive organic traffic and improve website performance.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge of website management platforms like WordPress, as well as basic HTML/CSS understanding for website optimization.
    • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create compelling ad copy, landing page content, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Familiarity with SEO principles and tactics to optimize website content and improve organic search visibility.
    • Ability to interpret performance data, derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
