    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsB.Sc in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certification is an advantageMinimum of 5 years' experience as a HR ManagerHuman Resources Capacity.Ethical Conduct.Strategic Thinking.Leadership.Decision Making.Financial Management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.Implement and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyze compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; write and place advertisements.Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.Champion and drive implementation of organization's culture.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
