- Evaluates market strategies, finances, and deal prerequisites to screen potential business opportunities, advising on equity investments.
- Supports management in optimizing short-, medium-, and long-term profitability and stakeholder returns.
- Leads the Business Development team to source, manage, and implement new opportunities while expanding the brand's presence.
- Closes deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
- Explores ways to enhance job accomplishments by identifying value-adding opportunities.
- Minimum of first degree in relevant discipline and 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- A good understanding of marketing principles
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Understanding multiple Nigeria languages will be an added advantage.
