    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluates market strategies, finances, and deal prerequisites to screen potential business opportunities, advising on equity investments.
    • Supports management in optimizing short-, medium-, and long-term profitability and stakeholder returns.
    • Leads the Business Development team to source, manage, and implement new opportunities while expanding the brand's presence.
    • Closes deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
    • Explores ways to enhance job accomplishments by identifying value-adding opportunities.

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree in relevant discipline and 5 years relevant work experience
    • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
    • A good understanding of marketing principles
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills
    • Understanding multiple Nigeria languages will be an added advantage.
