    JOB SUMMARY

    QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Arts, Humanities desirable2-3 years experience in digital communications and marketingExcellent analytical skillsExtensive digital media, social media knowledge and technical skillsIndependent, mature, self-initiative and positive attitudeLeadership and ownership skillsStrategic thinking: analyze consumer knowledge and brand positioning to develop sound online marketing strategiesWriting and editing skills: create and edit content for various digital platforms. Blog writing is a key part of the role.Communication skills: explain digital technologies and applications clearly to non-technical colleaguesWeb development knowledge: HTML /JavaScript, SEO expertise, advanced Word and PowerPoint skillsProject management skills: handle time-sensitive projects and deadlinesHighly organized with task tracking and documentation skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaignsOversee all digital media/social media strategyResponsible for maintaining ROI across all digital channels month-over-monthCreate engaging content continuously and showcase offline activities attractively on online platformsLead organization of brand events to generate online buzz and organic branded contentManage and maintain organization's digital media channels and websiteWrite and optimize content for website and social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.Track and analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reportsAchieve key performance indicators like reducing bounce rate, increasing dwell time, improving conversionContinuously work on website Search Engine OptimizationFix any errors or bugs in online contentEdit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content to online platformsArrange webinars and webcastsCreate online banner ads and manage pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaignsWrite copy for email marketing and other online campaignsIdentify new digital marketing trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure brand leads industry developments, especially in mobile marketingWork on printed materials to supplement online productsOrganize and attend product launches and networking eventsAny other marketing-related duties as assigned by Marketing Manager and DirectorPrepare weekly/monthly inventory and stock-taking reports, monthly food cost reports for all stores, inventory valuation, unit stock cost report/prices
