Mplify is a software solution company that solves the problems of sales, money & time mismanagement for FMCG

companies by automating their sales operations for efficient resource productivity and business insights.

● I Collaborated with product managers, software engineers and call center representatives in designing an experience for the demand and supply process in the open market. This covered all activities from order placement to order delivery, survey customization, reconciliation as well as payments on the platform.

● With the help of my team, I designed a native app solution for MCPL distributors that allows them to place an order, have a wallet system for easy payment of orders, track and confirm their payment invoice, view and edit their inventory and also supports them to monitor their secondary sales and transactions between salesmen.

● I Crafted out an intuitive experience called geofencing, a feature which has helped more than 7k users with fast productivity, more incentives and 24hrs delivery to customers across Africa effectively.

Lead Product designer | Omnibiz | Lagos, Nigeria | November, 2020 – October 2021.
Omnibiz is a solution company that its core focus is helping companies in improving their distribution network and its

contribution to sales. We do this by providing a unified platform to manage all your sales channels and customers.

● Using Quantitative & Qualitative research approaches to enquire & empathize with problems the retailers in Nigeria go

through and their business needs to grow & expand, With the help of the team, I designed a native app experience solution for them to buy Items in volumes for their shops, kiosks & stores for sales and profit.

●  My Team and I came up with an Order management system (OMS) idea that arranges the inbound & outbounds of orders & stock supplied by manufacturers to Hubs for distributing to retailers as well as a reconciliation process of income generated from orders distributed. I contributed by designing the experience for managers and reconciliation managers.

●  I designed a credit system module that allows the business grants retailers to buy items in volumes with a credit limit and due duration of payment with interest and also a credit monitoring module for credit scouts on the field that supervise and follow up on customers owing & collecting when the date is due.

●  My CEO came up with a Loyalty point module idea for retailers called Omoni points which I designed. This solution gives some sort of cashbacks to retailers to encourage them to buy more items using the app and also have some form of relationship with the business.

●  I designed a wallet system for retailers for easy, fast & reliable pay. All they need to do is to fund their wallet and pay for orders within the app.

Contract Designer | DODO Design Agency | Lagos, Nigeria | September, 2020 – Present
DODO is a Design Strategic Innovation company that helps businesses design better products and experiences to

market.

●  I conducted qualitative user research processes on enhancing fast-growing, medium & large scale businesses products demand in the market & also designed the user flows, low & high fidelity mockups while working in a group of 2 designers.

●  We created innovative business ideas that separate our solution services from competitors and increase the numbers of active consumers and customers in general.

Intern Designer (Internship) | Carbon(One finance) | Lagos, Nigeria | February, 2020 – April, 2020

Carbon, a Pan-African digital financial services company, has introduced a USSD service to its platform, making it easier for individuals to access financial services.This new service will allow existing Carbon customers to access instant loans and other payment solutions via USSD without requiring internet data.

● I conducted qualitative user research for the new website application & designed low fidelity mockups for a new landing page, sign in/sign up pages for the new website app.

● In a team of 3 intern designers, we designed an Optimizing solution that optimizes the company’s KYC (Know your customer) level, investments pages, sign-in/sign-up website and landing page for the new website.

● At that time my team and I worked on Material design for android users.

● Joined heads with the customer support service specifically on proposed solutions to user complaints and feedback on how to make the product experience a better one.

● I worked hand in hand with the engineering team to support them & ensure our proposed layout and design style could be developed.

Capstone, intra-track and inter-track projects in a team of 4 designers.

● I Communicated well and encouraged relationships amongst my line managers, designers through guest sections to share and improve innovative ideas.
