    JOB SUMMARY

    Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security principles.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the field of IT support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring uniformity across the organization.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network performance.Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely resolution and exceptional customer service.Generate reports on IT performance, compliance, and security metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.Implement data protection measures, including encryption, access controls, and data loss prevention mechanisms.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning IT resources and providing necessary training.Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and value is maximized.
