    Project Support Representative

    Overview
    Our client is seeking to partner with a highly organized, self-driven individual to support our growing team. This pivotal role involves facilitating the seamless execution of diverse projects within our organization.

    The ideal candidate should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Aid in developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and best practices.
    • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects according to defined timelines and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross departmental teams to gather project requirements, delineate project scope, and specify deliverables.
    • Conduct research, analyze data, and undertake market studies to guide project decision making.
    • Develop project documents like plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
    • Ensure smooth communication and alignment with other team members throughout the project life cycle.
    • Identify avenues to enhance project management practices and improve team productivity.
    • Manage project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of action items and follow ups.
    • Monitor project advancement, identify potential risks, and implement risk management strategies.
    Required Skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and independently.
    • Excellent at checking detail content and problem solving solving skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication for clear conveyance of complex information.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and be able to prioritize and manage own workload.
    • Positive, upbeat attitude and desire to contribute meaningfully to the team.
    • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools such as Microsoft office suite.
    • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and willingness to take ownership for wide ranging responsibilities.
