RESPONSIBILITIES

Run machines to test parts functioningManage tool kit, supplies and accurate inventoryConduct preventive maintenance and photocopiers adjustmentTroubleshoot equipment for identifying malfunctions causeComplete invoices and expense reports on timeTroubleshoot clients problems with high quality solutionsSet up hardwareInstall softwareMaintain and repair technological equipmentManage software in computers and networksEnsure privacy and data protectionPerform regular upgradesPerform troubleshoot activitiesInstall well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networksManage network components (servers, IPs, etc.)Manage and implement security solutionsCreate records of repairs and fixesProvide technical supportTrain and collaborate with other team members
