    JOB SUMMARY

    HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administion or a related field.3 - 4 years relevant work experience.Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSolid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team.Set clear sales targets and objectives for individuals and the team as a whole.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as neededRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
