    JOB SUMMARY


    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
    • 6 to 8 years of proven experience in sales coordination or customer service within the feed mill industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of feed mill operations, products, and sales principles.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Supporting the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and transactions for feed mill products.
    • Negotiating contracts with potential clients and ensuring payment procedures.
    • Providing information on credit terms, pricing, and product availability to clients.
    • Expanding the customer base and preparing sales budgets for business alignment.
    • Coordinating with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless order delivery.
    • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
    • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for tracking activities.
    • Developing sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns for market growth.
    • Collaborating with marketing teams to gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
    • Providing sales support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Acting as a mediator between customers and the company to ensure satisfaction.
    • Monitoring industry trends and recommending insights to management.
    • Staying updated on new products and technologies in the feed mill sector for continuous improvement.
