    JOB SUMMARY

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldPrevious experience working in a retail pharmacy setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations, terminology, and regulations.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and inventory managementProficiency in pharmacy management software systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    A reputable retail pharmacy dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical services and exceptional customer currently seeks a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a supervisor/Administrative Officer.This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy while upholding the highest standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise administrative staff, including pharmacy technicians and clerical personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Oversee the daily workflow of the pharmacy administrative team, including scheduling, task assignment, and prioritization to ensure timely completion of tasksMonitor inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Provide administrative support to pharmacy management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as assigned.dentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the pharmacy administrative operations and collaborate with management to implement solutions.
