    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirement:sB.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline.Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.2-3 years experience in a reputable organizationStrong Organizational skills with problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills· Experience in office management software likeMS Office, Windows, and Exchange.Good record-keeping/document-filing skillsAttention to details

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Stock Management and InventoryDistribution of materials when the needs arise.Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.Processing of all invoices for prompt paymentResponsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a completeUp-to-date list of all store items/office suppliesFilling & documentationHandling of email correspondence accordinglyAny other administrative responsibility assigned to perform daily

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Office administration, management, Office supplies management, Stock and inventory management, Documentation and record keeping

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
