- Scheduling meetings, general office administration, correspondence with clients and service providers
- Provide exceptional support to the CEO
- Supervising and monitoring administrative work
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, subcontractors and convey project expectation, updates and changes
- Ensured all necessary permit and regulatory document are obtained from authority before and during the process of construction
- Documentation of projects report, change order and project progress.
