JOB SUMMARY
Requirement:s B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline. Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage. 2-3 years experience in a reputable organization Strong Organizational skills with problem-solving attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows, and Exchange. Good record-keeping/document-filing skills Attention to details
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Stock Management and Inventory Distribution of materials when the needs arise. Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items. Processing of all invoices for prompt payment Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete Up-to-date list of all store items/office supplies Filling & documentation Handling of email correspondence accordingly Any other administrative responsibility assigned to perform daily
