My name is Job Osigbeme Giwa from Edo State Of Nigeria by Origin.

Since 2005, after I obtained my HSE 2 and 3 certifications from NISP-SPDF, I I have had the privilege of working as a quality officer, process supervisor, production manager, water treatment and effluent superintendent, Quality Control Manager, QHSE Manager and possess a good number of Management Systems Certifications/training to my advantage. In my over 14 years of working in the Food Processing, Environment, Safety and Health Agencies, I have been exposed to several management training on l. Industrial relations. II. Quality and Food Safety III. Factory and Facility Audit. III. Customer Complaints Handling, Investigations, And Feedback. ll. Crisis management. lll. First Aid , Fire and General occupational safety. Management systems which I have handled in my years of experience includes QMS ISO 9001:2008 which recently has been upgraded to 9001:2015 inclusive clauses, FSMS ISO 22000 :2005 , ISO 4500 : 20I8,FSSC 22000_V5.1 as well as ISO 14001:2015 which are presently the accredited management systems under my supervision as I was also a former QHSE at Sona Group Of Companies. I have been inactive development and management of both EMS/OHMS /QMS/FSMS for more than seven years and still, presently involved in developing and executing OH&S/QMS/FSMS and other related programs for TGI Group as well General Management Review Processes. Since 2014, I have been involved in OH&S training programs or staff and workers at all organizational levels, Fire safety programs and Auditing of these systems for conformity and performance. I have also been an interface with both Federal, State and Local Government Statutory and regulatory Agencies, ensuring that all binding Environmental, Safety, Quality And health matters are maintained in the organization. I have to my credit SGS certification for OHS 45001:2018 Lead Auditor. Presently, I am the Central Quality, HSE and ISO Compliance Manager for TGI Group and in charge of process conformity, regulatory and statutory compliance, FSSC and BVIQ and other systems Audits, GMP inspections, GEMBA programs, factory Hygiene and CAPA for customer complaints and feedback bordering on Home care products, Chicken and meat products for Cormart and Chifarms both of which are subsidiaries of TGI Groups. I am a graduate of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos (HND Chemical Sciences) and the National Open University Of Nigeria, Lagos (B.Sc Applied Chemistry). I have also just conclude a Post Graduated Diploma In Education.
