    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications / Requirements B.Sc in Estate Management finance/related field from a reputable university. Preferably a male Relevant certifications 5 - 8 years of experience

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties Day-to-day administrative and operational running of the executive office Scheduling the meeting and appointments relating to the Executive office Provide the right solutions to all matters while paying close attention to details. Manage task systematically, effectively and strategically. Communicate clearly and professionally on all issues relating to the Executive office. Coordination of other company officials and understanding how the backend works. Knowledge of various software solutions to research and organize any form of data required.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Document and archive management, Office administration, management, Answering telephones and call management, Calendar management, Meeting preparation, Travel planning and reservations (leisure, business)

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
