Duties:

·       Work directly with production personnel to resolve production scheduling issues and conflicts.

·       Direct materials planning and team performance to support company initiatives and goals.

·       Review inventories, tracked production statuses and ordered materials to foster consistent availability and production schedule adherence.

·       Ensure implementation and sustaining of 5S System & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) inside factory.

·       Discuss with managers, marketing, logistics, sales, finance and engineering personnel to revise plans and achieve demanding targets

·       Plan & process production consumption & release of finished goods to warehouse through ERP system.

·       Calculate the accurate quantity of raw materials and packaging materials for Production in order to avoid wastage of Raw Materials at mixing area and Packaging material at packaging area.

·       Regular and continuous interaction with production teams, sales, marketing, logistics, finance and warehouse departments to understand supply needs and bring levels within desired tolerances.

·       Realign/adjust production schedules for on-time delivery and factors in changing conditions such as material shortage and change in Stock keeping Unit (SKU)

·       Perform accurate daily physical stock counting of raw materials and requisite to restock inventory for production.
