- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at chain store accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand product offerings and increase market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to chain store partners.
- Travel to visit chain store locations as needed to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Onboarding new chain stores.
- Follow up with outstanding payments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as key account officer, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
